Order Processing: Upon receiving your order, we will hand pour your selected scent with care and attention to detail. If we already have your chosen candles in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping Times: Most orders will be shipped within a week after ordering. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

Local Delivery and Local Pickup 

Do you live near our studio in Hoboken, New Jersey? Do you want to save on shipping? 

You can pick up your candles straight from our Studio!

If your address qualifies, simply select "Local Delivery" at checkout, then make a cup of tea to sip while you wait for our team to prepare your order!

Once your order is ready you will receive an email with the pick-up confirmation and instructions on how to pick up your order, or if you'd prefer for us to deliver, just give us a heads up and we'll swing by!
